After more than 25 years working at the bedside, in leadership, and in academia, Dr. Tiffany Skinner saw the same gaps repeating—overwhelmed nurses, under-supported educators, and systems struggling to keep up with complex standards.
What began as one-on-one support for colleagues quickly grew into a dedicated consulting practice focused on elevating nursing education, strengthening clinical judgment, and aligning programs with regulatory and accreditation expectations.
